A design made for your business
Every site starts with a design direction: colors, type and layout chosen for how your business actually sells. You approve it as a working page before the build starts.
Custom websites for small businesses
One build fee and one monthly plan cover all of it: a custom design, hand-coded pages, hosting, security, and the changes you need after launch. No templates. No page-builder subscription.
What you get
No plugins to manage, no platform to learn, no surprise bills. Here's what's in every Harborline site.
Every site starts with a design direction: colors, type and layout chosen for how your business actually sells. You approve it as a working page before the build starts.
Pages are hand-coded, so nothing loads except your site. That matters when someone is standing in a parking lot on one bar of signal, deciding who to call.
You never log into an editor. Send a text or an email with what needs to change, and it's made, tested and put live for you.
Page titles, descriptions, a sitemap and your business details in the format search engines read, plus your Google Business Profile pointed at the new site.
Your domain is registered in your name. The files are yours. Leave whenever you like and take the whole site with you.
How it works
Five steps, one person to talk to, and a working preview you approve before anything gets built.
A short questionnaire and a 45-minute call to collect every fact the site has to get right.
Your design direction, shown as a real page in real colors and type. You approve it in writing.
Pages hand-coded, copy written from your intake, photos prepared and optimized.
Tested on real phones, forms verified, then put live on your domain.
Send changes any time. They're made, checked and live inside your plan's turnaround, and anything urgent is fixed the same day.
Pricing
A one-time build fee, then one monthly care plan that covers hosting and every change. Most agencies quote only after a sales call. Here's the whole thing up front.
A service business with one clear action: call, book or request a quote.
A business with several services, locations or audiences to explain.
A product list customers browse and request orders from.
Half the build fee schedules your project; the rest is due when you approve the site. Care plans run six months, then month to month. Emergencies — the site down, or a wrong price live — are fixed the same day on every plan.

Questions
Still wondering something? Ask on the quote form and you'll get a straight answer, not a sales sequence.
Ask a questionA one-time build fee plus a monthly care plan. Launch is $1,800 plus $125 a month, Standard is $3,000 plus $200 a month, and Catalog starts at $4,500 plus $300 a month. The care plan covers hosting, the security certificate, backups, monitoring and your changes. The only other cost is your domain name, which stays registered in your name.
Because there's no editor to learn and nothing to break. Send what needs changing by email or text and it's made, tested and put live within your plan's turnaround. If prices or hours change constantly, a $400 add-on lets you update those from a Google Sheet.
Hosting, the security certificate, versioned backups, uptime and form-delivery monitoring, a quarterly speed and quality check, and a set amount of change time each month: 60 minutes on Care, 3 hours on Care Plus, 5 hours on Commerce Care. Anything beyond that is $85 an hour, quoted first.
Yes. Your domain is in your name from day one, and once the build is paid, the files, copy and images made for you are yours. After the six-month minimum you can cancel with 30 days' notice and take the complete site with you.
Two weeks for Launch, three to four weeks for Standard, five to six weeks for Catalog, counted from the day your intake answers and photos arrive. A rush option cuts that roughly in half for 25% more.
No. Harborline is based in downtown Tampa and works with small businesses anywhere in the US. Everything runs by call, email and text, and you always deal with the same person.
